WYF Holds General Youth Meeting
The Wasinmi Youth Forum, WYF, held its general youth meeting on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at the Wasinmi town hall. The meeting was attended by stakeholders, WYF executives, and youth members.
During the meeting, the President of the Wasinmi Youth Forum, Comr. Samuel Adebayo Adewale discussed the recent visit of the Rt. Hon. (Dr.) Ibrahim Ayokunle Isiaka, Member of the Federal House of Representatives in Nigeria, representing Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency, to his hometown, Wasimi, on Saturday, June 15, 2024. He also stated he is ready for better achievements during his tenure.
Comr. Samuel extended his appreciation to all present at the meeting, including stakeholders, fellow executives, and all youth members. He expressed gratitude for their support and efforts and offered a prayer for blessings from God.
Furthermore, Comr. Samuel expressed appreciation for the youths who participated in the street workout last week Thursday, which led to the successful control of erosion at the Total filling station, resulting in the formation of a new water feature.
He also announced plans for the forum to conduct a clean-up of the gutter along Arigbajo street on Thursday and encouraged all youth members to participate by arriving at 7:30 am. Additionally, he mentioned the forum’s intention to introduce an affiliate form for other bases/clubs in Wasinmi.
