Pastor cut stole food items, home appliances and others in Wasinmi.
Oluwatobi Ipinsanmi identified as Pastor was caught yesterday, Monday 17 June,2024. stealing food items and home appliances in Wasinmi. The stolen items included a generator and a sewing machine. The incident was reported to the police.
Youth leader of Wasinmi, Comr. Ojelade Jimoh in a statement to Trendyngr media.
According to a Comr. Ojelade, “a man spotted pastor stealing and raised an alarm, causing the pastor to hide in the bushes. The Wasimi Joint Patrol Team responded to the alarm and apprehended the man later discovering that he was a serious armed robber”.
“They accompanied the man to his house, where stolen items such as spaghetti, milk, a generator, an iron, and a pipe, and lot more were found”.
“The Oniwasinmi of Wasinmi, HRM Oba Sufianu Adisa Sunday, instructed the team to hand the man over to the police, leading to the discovery of more stolen items such as six home theatres, two plasma televisions, and other home appliances stored in a separate room. The man also provided names of his accomplices to the police. Additionally, his wife is currently missing”.
