DSAPOLY SUG President congratulates all matriculated students

The Student Union Government (SUG) President, Comrade Jimoh Sheriff (Hardex), of D S Adegbenro ICT Polytechnic, Itori, Ewekoro, Ogun State, has sent a solemn congratulatory message to all newly admitted students.

This notice was disclosed in a memo sent out via the SUG platform on Thursday, May 16, 2024.According to the memo, signed by Hardex, “With joy in my heart, I write to congratulate the newly admitted students 2023/2024 academic Session on the occasion of their matriculation”

“It is a great privilege and opportunity from Almighty God that make this possible for you as many pursuit and process for admission but they couldn’t meet up and some lost their life during the process of pursuing their academic goal but glory be to God that gives you the opportunity to achieve this as many were called but few were chosen”.

“My candid advice for you today as you  sign the matriculation oath is to be very careful on whom you choose as your friends or associate and avoid going against the rules and regulations of the polytechnic”.

“The campus is not only an avenue to acquire knowledge but and avenue for you to network, to make good friends, embrace your culture, experience social networking, acquire skills, building your future and leadership acumen and showcase your talents within the campus but don’t associate with any unregistered group with the management of the institution”.

“You can contact us, the Student’s Affairs Unit and counseling units of the institution for further enlightenment and orientation to avoid been a victim of going against rules and regulations of the polytechnic as ignorance will not be entertained or been an excuse”.

“The institution is bond with rules and regulations, the system is against any unruly behavior and others”.

“Shun Indecent Dressing, Shun Violence, Say no to Cultism, Shun Examination malpractice in any form”.

“Furthermore, I want to advice you all to make your academic pursuits as your number one priority because it is primary aims of coming here”.

“Conclusively, be rest assured of good representation as you’re committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every student’s voice is heard and every concern is address”.

“The secretariat is open to receive any compliant and welcome your ideas anytime throughout your stay in the campus”.
