ASCOM hosts student welcome back to campus party

Association of Student Communicators, (ASCOM), D.S Adegbenro I.C.T Polythenic hosted event, tagged, Student Welcome Back Party, for all the Mass Communication students, in conjunction with Molavik Haus and suite.
The event took place yesterday, 25th of January, 2024, at Molavik Haus and suite poolside side, with a lot of side attractions, to welcome the students back to the school campus and bring their focus to the educational activities, and also gave last respect to the læte member of the Association of student communicators, (ASCOM), Emmanuel who d!el in a car accident last year.
In a statement with the Association of Student Communicators, (ASCOM), president, Comrade Afolabi Oluwaseun, and the Association of Student Communicators, (ASCOM), assist Social Director, Lawal Aminat, they give detail on the event.

According to Afolabi, “This event, student welcome back party is a caller event, it serves as a call to all our students still home to come to school as you know all student all party, and those around also to bring their mind to the fully academic activities”.
He continues “The event is geared towards connecting new students(ND1) on campus and the old student(Nd2) together, as a communicator”.

According to Lawal, “As you can see we have the Fresher and the old student in attendance, They said that the event brought people together and helped people mingle, especially since it’s the beginning of the year”
“This is like an introduction into the semester for people who have been here to get together and for newer people, like freshmen, to get to know each other and get to know us, ”Lawal disclosed.

She explained, “We also here to give last respect to our dear Emmanuel, may his gentle soul rest in peace, and we promised to host more serious events throughout the year”.
